Position: Power System design Engineer- Drones
Location: No.39, Street No.29, Van Phuc City, Hiep Binh Ward, HCMC
Type: Full-time, on site | Department: R&D
Key Responsibilities

Design and simulate power systems, including AC-DC/DC-DC converters, BMS, and PDS.

Optimize designs for energy efficiency, thermal performance, and low EMI.

Develop and execute testing and validation procedures to ensure reliability and safety.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of electronic, mechanical, and software systems.

Support manufacturing by transitioning designs from prototype to mass production.

Evaluate and select components, and work directly with PCB and component suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
-
Practical experience in designing and developing power electronic systems, especially AC-DC and DC-DC converters.

Deep understanding of the principles and operation of power electronic components such as MOSFETs, controllers, and passive components.

Proficiency in simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent software.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations, power system testing standards, and power integrity analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience designing Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Power Distribution Systems (PDS).

Hands-on experience with high-power and high energy-density systems.

Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards in power supply design.

Familiarity with Lithium-ion batteries and advanced charging/discharging methods.

Strong expertise in feedback loop design and optimization, including loop compensation techniques for power supplies.

Experience developing AC-DC power supplies for high-power applications.

Background in working with PCB manufacturers and power electronics component suppliers.
-
A strong passion for power electronics and a desire to contribute to the advancement of drone technology.
